toft just pointed me to The Year in Media Errors And Corrections, a deeply satisfying article which includes the following newspaper correction from The Guardian (UK):

This article was amended on Tuesday 20 January 2009. In our entry on Garrison Keillor’s Lake Wobegon Days, we referred to a Prairie Ho Companion; we meant a Prairie Home Companion. This has been corrected.

*dies of laughter*

Now I can't help but wish, fervently, that someone would write a J2 hooker AU set in Minnesota called "Prairie Ho".
