Hey, did you guys notice? They've restored the Delicious network function! Okay, it's called "feed" now, but whatever, it was an RSS feed to begin with.
Hmm, for me it's incredibly unhelpful - instead of seeing a list of everything that people posted recently, I get a list of three or four bookmarks from one person, followed by 'See more links from USER'. The whole point of the network page for me was that I didn't have to open a dozen or so tabs just to see what people had bookmarked recently. *shrugs* We'll see if they make any improvements, but for now I'll stick with Pinboard.
Oh, I'm sticking with PinBoard too. I didn't notice the problems you mentioned because I hadn't stuck around long enough to really look at the new "improved" version of the network function.
