Nov. 30th, 2009 01:45 amSo, I'm watching the music video for John Farnham's 'You're The Voice' and have discovered/totally-made-up-out-of-whole-cloth a couple of things.
1. The faces Bradley James is making in this video while singing along are kind of exactly the faces that John Farnham/his back-up singers were making in the official music video. (The hand actions, though, those are all Bradley.)
2. I am convinced that this video was one of the first music vids that wee!Bradley saw. Also, since those hand signs are the kind of thing that my siblings and I did together, all the time, I am further convinced that Bradley's sister Stephanie (who must be older than he, don't you think?) made them up with him, and then they performed it at family functions. I deeply believe this is true. I also believe that somewhere there is home film footage of wee!Bradley and wee!Stephanie doing the handsigns, and possibly clapping their hands over each others mouths for the "silence" bit. (GOD SOMEONE ASK THIS AT A CON, OKAY?)
3. At some point, Bradley looked for the vid of "You're The Voice" on YouTube to show to Colin, and found the David Archuleta Idol version and was horrified.
... it is obviously way too late for me to be up. I shall go remedy that now.
After some Due South.
