I'm grateful for the rec lists that propelled me into fandom, since this is the internets and it's difficult to filter out crap. I figured it was time that I returned the favour. Thus, I've compiled a list of my favourite fics in this category. I’ve tried hard not to repeat other people’s rec lists, but there’s some overlap because there are stories just too awesome not to mention.
Please pay attention to ratings, and don’t read the R or NC-17 stuff if you aren’t of age.
I’ve used authors’ own summaries and ratings where available. When they weren’t (or if they were exceptionally vague), I tried to create appropriate ones. I’ve based my categories on the breakdown![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Also, this is a WiP, since I feel that's the only sensible tack to take with rec lists. I will add pieces of awesomeness as I find them. Most of the Lie Low at Lupins stuff I have read and loved has already been recc'd vigorously by others, and I get all weepy with the Sirius in Azkaban/ Remus' Lost Years pieces.
