Misha Collins! Who the hell is this dude? He used to be a White House intern? He tweets about a zombie invasion? He posts picture of himself like this one?

Is he a real person, or is this elaborate performance art with someone like Jane Espenson crafting the awesome?

He is a published poet. Two of his poems; "Baby Pants" and "Old Bones", can be found in the 2008 edition of the Columbia Poetry Review #21.

Spent time at a monastery in Nepal. Still practices Buddhist meditation and goes on a 10 day retreat once a year.

Started his own software company.

Built his own home, and almost all the furniture in it, save for a couple chairs on the deck.

Read Revelation as preparation for role as Castiel.

I had to explain to my roommate when she said she wasn't sure if his tweet was really him, that it would still be him pretending to be him.
